• Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas.
• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and root causes.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports.
• Monitor key metrics: productivity, quality, throughput, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, and service.
• Partner with operations managers on labor planning, staffing analysis, and capacity forecasting.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for frontline leadership.
• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency.
• Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
