Job summary

Purdue For Life Foundation is seeking a Data Analyst to create and maintain data analytics reports and dashboards, using Salesforce CRM Analytics, Salesforce Reports, Tableau, Snowflake and SQL. You’ll work with both technical teams and end users to move data projects from requirements through deployment.

You will perform data management tasks, ensure data quality, document solutions, and support training for end users. This role requires on-site work up to 2x per week in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CT/MIS preferred.
• Experience with large relational databases required.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce CRM Analytics strongly preferred.
• Experience with Python and Snowflake strongly preferred.
• Development operations experience in an academic environment and experience with data visualization tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain data analytics reports and dashboards.
• Work with end users to assess needs, develop requirements and solutions; train end users on tools.
• Perform data management tasks including querying, modeling, conversion, de-duplication, repair, light ETL support, and data backup tool management.
• Provide troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution for data-related issues.
• Set objectives and work independently on small to moderate sized projects.
• Improve processes, systems, and products to enhance performance of area and organization.
• Support data quality and QA across team deliverables.
