626 Opco, LLC is seeking a mid-level Data Analyst in Boca Raton, FL to turn data into answers for teams across the business. You will handle ad hoc data requests, build reports and dashboards, and model new data views to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Mid-level Data Analyst with ~2–4 years of experience.
• Proficient in Python, SQL and building dashboards.
• Experience with Databricks, Power BI and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ad hoc data requests from stakeholders across the business, clarifying the question before diving into the data.
• Build clear, accurate reports that answer stakeholder questions and support decision-making.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards on our in-house BI website, and help migrate existing Power BI reports onto it.
• Design reusable data models that give teams a consistent, trusted source for reporting.
• Create and maintain database views that make data easier to access and reuse.
• Use Python to clean, transform and analyze data, and to automate repetitive tasks.
• Check data quality and flag issues or inconsistencies before they reach a report.
• Explain findings in plain language to non-technical audiences.
• Juggle multiple requests at once, prioritizing with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Strong working knowledge of Python for data analysis (pandas, PySpark).
• Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI; familiarity with custom BI website.
