You will work with the High Speed Backplane team and cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable data solutions.

The role emphasizes production-grade Python/ETL development, data pipeline design, and delivering reliable outputs with dashboards for non-technical users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong Python proficiency for production-grade code (pandas, numpy, ETL scripting).
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, VBA/Power Query.
• Experience designing, building, and documenting data pipelines or ETL workflows from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Document and map the current data flow from inputs to outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
• Redesign and implement automation using Python and SQL, replacing fragile spreadsheet logic with production-ready scripts.
• Automate data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and delivery across multiple sources.
• Build validation checks to ensure automated outputs match and improve on the manual process.
• Develop reports, dashboards, or templates for non-technical stakeholders to consume outputs.
