Job summary

Belcan is seeking a Data Analyst in East Hartford, CT to manipulate data, automate reports, and support cross-functional projects. This full-time role offers direct employment with benefits and a pay rate of $29.00-$35.00 per hour. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1+ year in a customer-facing role in engineering or manufacturing, advanced Excel, and strong communication skills.

U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
1+ year of work experience in a customer facing role in engineering or manufacturing (internships ok).
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables.
Strong self-management with ability to work independently and in a team.
Outgoing, problem-solver with excellent communication.
US Citizenship required due to nature of work.

Responsibilities

Manipulating data and automating reports.
Lead and support projects, schedule meetings, report out information, and demonstrate successful methods to work around roadblocks or delays.
Evaluate data pull processes and recommend/implement process improvements.
Develop reporting processes, create work instructions, develop process improvements which may include automating data pulls and reporting, integrating multiple data reports, and standardizing methods.
