Responsibilities

• Review invoices and ensure billing per vendor contracts.
• Prepare and upload files into databases.
• Maintain Internal Parts Catalog with quarterly updates.
• Create/Update Work Instructions.
• Format shop invoice data for cost estimates.
• Create and maintain an Access database for invoice data and monthly reports.
• Generate monthly reports showing unbilled metrics and invoicing status.
• Support pricing processes and analyze data to present variances.
