Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in data analysis, data processing, or ETL development.
• Strong command of Python, especially libraries like pandas, for automating data workflows and cleaning processes.
• Solid understanding of SQL, including complex queries involving joins, filters, and aggregations.
• Experience with relational databases, structured data files, and data quality controls.
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI, as well as AI-assisted coding and troubleshooting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python scripts and SQL queries to extract, transform, analyze, and deliver data effectively.
• Build, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL workflows that integrate data from multiple sources, applying business rules to prepare datasets for analysis or client delivery.
• Acquire data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring data integrity and maintaining databases and processing systems.
• Interpret complex datasets through statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
• Clean, validate, and reconcile data to resolve inconsistencies, identify errors, and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to support coding, troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvements, while maintaining data security and confidentiality standards.
• Document workflows, business rules, and quality control procedures to ensure processes are reliable, repeatable, and scalable.
• Collaborate with management and internal teams to understand project requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within established deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, enhance data quality, and improve overall processing efficiency.
