Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform raw data into structured datasets, build ETL workflows in Alteryx, and deliver Tableau dashboards that drive business decisions.

This role requires hands-on experience with Advanced Excel and SQL, and will work closely with sales teams to validate POS data on-site in Plano, TX. You will translate business requirements into robust data processing and visualization solutions, perform data quality checks, and support AI-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, including building and maintaining ETL workflows.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, particularly Power Query and macros.
• Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Foundational SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work fully on-site in Plano, TX.
