The main purpose of this position is to collate, organize, analyze, and present/report the department’s performance metrics for strategic management decisions, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The role involves researching and providing leadership with timely and accurate data on program performance and societal trends to inform program development, budgeting, and policy decisions. The incumbent will support DHS program accountability and provide technical assistance, data, and formal presentations to stakeholders.
High school diploma or equivalency; six years of administrative or professional work experience. Substitutions include college credits, degrees, or military service as detailed in the original description.
