Visual Soft, Inc is seeking qualified candidates for a Data Analyst at mid level on an onsite federal project in Huntsville, AL. Active Top Secret clearance is required. The role focuses on delivering a visual analytics application, advanced data analytics, and dashboard development using BI tools.

The candidate will design and integrate relational databases, refine data pipelines, and ensure security standards while collaborating with engineering teams in a fully onsite environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional data analyst experience with a focus on data querying and analytics.
• Experience building BI dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with statistical scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Knowledge of data pipelines & warehousing (ETL/ELT).

Responsibilities

• Deliver an advanced visual analytics application for desktop and web.
• Develop data analytics capabilities and dashboards.
• Design enterprise database standards, security, and performance.
• Integrate new systems with existing warehouse structures and optimize data workflows.
