Role:
  • Responsible for all Marketing Automation activity
  • Identifying customer journeys and their triggers
  • Creating marketing campaigns in response to customer behavior across various media (email, SMS, web push, direct mail, outbound, GDN, FB, and website)
  • Support the Head of Direct Marketing in implementing potential improvements to reporting processes
Hard Skills:
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Fluency in English (preferred)
About you:
  • Degree in Information Management, Mathematics, or a similar field
  • Ability to analyze data
  • Autonomy and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
