Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst 3 in Santa Ana, CA. This hybrid, 6+ month contract involves transforming data into insights, building dashboards, and reporting on warehouse KPIs to drive senior management decisions.

You will mine data from multiple sources, automate reports, and ensure accuracy while collaborating across teams to validate data and address discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in reports and data analysis within logistics or supply chain environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and dashboard development; cost analysis experience is a plus.

Data Analyst 3

Immediate need for a talented Data Analyst 3. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Santa Ana CA (Hybrid).

Job ID: 26-30633 Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• As a Data Analyst 3, you will be responsible for all aspects of data mining, extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• You will develop and report on key performance indicators related to warehouse operational metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in your work.
• Your strong analytical skills will help drive critical business decisions and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Conduct data mining and extraction from multiple sources to build comprehensive reports.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, focusing on key performance indicators.
• Automate and design reports to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain existing dashboards and perform weekly and monthly analyses.
• Collaborate with various teams to validate data and address discrepancies.
• Support improvement opportunities throughout the organization by analyzing costs associated with logistics and transportation operations.
• Communicate findings effectively to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in reports and data analysis within logistics, distribution center, warehouse, and/or supply chain environments.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Access, PowerPoint, and BI Tools.
• Experience with SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean is highly preferred.
• Experience in cost analysis and reporting of key performance indicators.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and dashboard development.
