The Iowa Department of Corrections Research Department is seeking a highly analytical and mission-driven data analyst to join our team!
Under the direction of the Research Director, this position will support data and analytics, our offender management system (OMS), and data literacy efforts across the agency.
This role is critical to our efforts in reducing recidivism and improving public safety through data-driven decision-making.
You will help to transform raw correctional data into actionable insights, helping leadership understand population trends, program effectiveness, and gain better visibility into operations.
