Guidehouse is hiring a Data Analyst to support Federal Government organizational and mission goals as part of the AI & Data team. This onsite role in Washington, DC blends hands-on analytics delivery with client-facing collaboration.

You will build and maintain dashboards, improve data quality workflows, and help translate business needs into scalable AI and analytics solutions. Compensation is USD 92,000 - 153,000 per year with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration.
• US citizenship is contractually required.
• Ability to undergo a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver data visualization and dashboard solutions using Tableau to provide actionable analytics insights.
• Lead and review data cleaning scripts using Databricks, SQL, and Python.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting tools that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, automate tasks, and improve data handling, then support implementation efforts.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver AI/analytics use cases, translating business requirements into scalable data science solutions.
• Provide client services while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
• Support business development activities, including RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses and white papers, as well as professional development.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI reporting tools such as Tableau or Databricks AI/BI Dashboards
• Experience performing analytics and data transformation using SQL, Python, and R
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• Active Databricks Data Analyst Associate or related certification
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including explaining technical topics to non‑technical audiences
• Experience in project‑based or consulting delivery environments
• Ability to gather requirements and present to clients with strong written and verbal communication skills
