Job summary

Spectrum Comm Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to collect, validate, and analyze supplier and company data to support USAF decision-making. You will build dashboards in Qlik Sense, maintain SQL objects, and collaborate with stakeholders across data management and operations.

The role requires 5+ years experience, DoD Secret Clearance, and familiarity with Azure and Python/Pandas for data automation. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but can be substituted with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD or USAF organizations, knowledge of supplier or supply chain data management.
• Proficiency in Qlik Sense or another BI tool like Power BI or Tableau, alongside experience with Excel, SQL, Python.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (Microsoft Azure).
• Experience briefing leadership and presenting findings, as well as implementing and exploring strategies to improve capability.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but expereince may be used in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to improve and implement air force acquisition data/analysis capability.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical applications using Qlik Sense.
• Collect, clean, and validate supplier and company data from multiple sources.
• Maintain and manage structured data sets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Administer and manage a small Microsoft Azure hosted SQL Server environment.
• Perform advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas, automation).
• General Data manipulation, automation, and exploratory analysis.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with USAF and DoD policies.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability to support supply chain, contracting, and organizational leadership requirements.

The analyst transforms raw supplier data into actionable insights through data modeling, reporting, and visualization tools. The role requires strong analytical capability, database management experience, and proficiency in business intelligence platforms.
