Job summary

Avalore, LLC is seeking a Data Analyst to leverage Advana platform data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. You will define analytical requirements with stakeholders, ensure data quality, and develop methods for collection, analysis, and visualization.

Responsibilities include creating reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor costs, usage, and customer satisfaction; performing advanced analytics; and collaborating with technical teams to optimize data systems and train users

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Security clearance (SECRET) required for junior/journeyman; CCISO/CISM/CISSP/GSLC for senior.

Job description

The Data Analyst will use Advana platform data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights supporting mission objectives and system improvements. They will work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements, ensure data quality and governance compliance, and develop methodologies for data collection, analysis, and visualization. Responsibilities include creating reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance, costs, usage, and customer satisfaction. They will perform advanced data analysis using statistical methods, data mining, and predictive analytics, integrating data from various sources to uncover correlations and forecast future needs. The Data Analyst will validate data accuracy, document processes, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making. They will collaborate with technical teams to optimize data systems, implement improvements, and develop reusable analytical components. Additionally, they will evaluate and implement tools, train users on analytics capabilities, and stay current with advancements in analytics techniques and technologies, bringing innovative approaches to their work.

• SECRET Security Clearance Required
• GSEC, SSCP, or Security+ certification (for Junior/Journeyman roles)
• CCISO, CISM, CISSP, or GSLC certification (for Senior roles)
• We are actively seeking multiple levels:
• Junior: 0 - 3 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
• Journeyman: 4 - 7 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
• Senior: 8+ years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
• Good communication skills, self-starter mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

• Salary estimates for this job range from $85,000 - $184,000.
