A valore, LLC is seeking a Data Analyst to leverage Advana platform data, uncover trends, and deliver dashboards and metrics that support mission objectives and system improvements.

You will work with stakeholders to define analytics requirements, ensure data quality, and develop scalable data collection and visualization methods. The role requires clear communication, English proficiency, and the ability to work without visa sponsorship in the United States.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required for all levels.
• SECRET clearance required.
• Security certifications listed by level (GSEC/SSCP/Security+ for junior, CCISO/CISM/CISSP/GSLC for senior).
• Experience levels span Junior (0-3y), Journeyman (4-7y), Senior (8+y) with a degree.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills expected.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

The Data Analyst will use Advana platform data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights supporting mission objectives and system improvements. They will work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements, ensure data quality and governance compliance, and develop methodologies for data collection, analysis, and visualization. Responsibilities include creating reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance, costs, usage, and customer satisfaction. They will perform advanced data analysis using statistical methods, data mining, and predictive analytics, integrating data from various sources to uncover correlations and forecast future needs. The Data Analyst will validate data accuracy, document processes, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making. They will collaborate with technical teams to optimize data systems, implement improvements, and develop reusable analytical components. Additionally, they will evaluate and implement tools, train users on analytics capabilities, and stay current with advancements in analytics techniques and technologies, bringing innovative approaches to their work.

• SECRET Security Clearance Required

• GSEC, SSCP, or Security+ certification (for Junior/Journeyman roles)

• CCISO, CISM, CISSP, or GSLC certification (for Senior roles)

• We are actively seeking multiple levels:

  • Junior: 0 - 3 years of experience + Bachelor’s Degree
  • Journeyman: 4 - 7 years of experience + Bachelor’s Degree
  • Senior: 8+ years of experience + Bachelor’s Degree

• Good communication skills, self-starter mindset.

• Professional proficiency in English is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment:

• Salary at Avalore is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combinaition of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
• Salary estimates for this job range from $85,000 - $184,000.
