Qualifications

• Prior experience in Risk Adjustment, managed care, health plan operations, or healthcare analytics preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data, EHRs, and the medical record retrieval process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; ability to work with providers, vendors, and cross-functional teams is crucial.

About The Role

The Risk Adjustment Data Analyst at University Health plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s Risk Adjustment program. The analyst will collaborate closely with internal departments, provider networks, and external vendors to ensure the accurate and timely collection and analysis of risk adjustment data. Utilizing advanced health informatics and analytics tools, the role aims to identify trends, support Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) capture, and enhance overall compliance with CMS regulations. The successful candidate will assist with medical record retrieval initiatives, perform data validation, analyze provider performance, and contribute to regulatory reporting, ensuring organizational goals are met efficiently and accurately.
