Job summary

ProMach is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights across finance, operations, and supply chain. You’ll work with data from ERP, CRM, and other systems to build dashboards and reports, write SQL queries, and support decision making.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate findings clearly, and document data processes while staying current with best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field or demonstrated equivalent experience in data analysis
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience gathering requirements and working with cross-functional teams
  • Deep knowledge of data flows within ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SyteLine, Salesforce) in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Document data processes, definitions, and methodologies for transparency and repeatability
  • Stay current with best practices in data analysis, visualization, and reporting

ProMach is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Data Analyst to help transform our complex data landscape into actionable business insights. You’ll work with data from multiple ERP, CRM, and operational systems, supporting key business decisions in finance, operations, and supply chain. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on data work, cross-functional collaboration, and building impactful reports and dashboards.

As a Data Analyst at ProMach, you’ll play a critical role in shaping business strategy by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data from dozens of systems and databases. Your insights will help drive efficiency, identify opportunities, and support growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical area, or demonstrated equivalent experience in data analysis or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data k ccuracy .
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience gathering requirements and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep Knowledge of data flows within ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SyteLine, Salesforce) in a manufacturing environment
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Delta Lake).
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata documentation.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
  • Exposure to Agile project environments and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git).
