Job summary

NR Consulting seeks a Senior Data Analyst to analyze business data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. You will develop predictive analytics solutions, dashboards, and reports, collaborating with stakeholders, IT, and data teams to drive data‑driven decisions and improvements in business processes.

Strong expertise in Python or R, SQL, and BI tools is required, along with experience in data modeling, data warehouses, CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Alteryx, ArcGIS, and AQT.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for predictive analytics.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data engineering, data warehouses/lakes, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Experience with Excel, Access, VBA, and PowerPoint.
