Job summary

Talentstream is seeking a data-driven Analyst to optimise channel data across POS, inventory, and distribution systems. You will develop reports and dashboards to monitor performance, track KPIs, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

In this techno-functional role, you will collaborate with IT, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams, ensure data integration accuracy, and maintain documentation and data quality standards. Strong Excel, BI tool, and programming knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with channel data management, POS and inventory data is required.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) are essential.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or project management is a plus.

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and data integration.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or project management is an added advantage.
