We are seeking a Data Analyst who excels in manual data analysis and possesses knowledge of visualization tools for creating impactful data visualizations and dashboards. If you are passionate about turning raw data into actionable insights, we want you to be a part of our dynamic team.

  • Conduct in-depth manual data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights from diverse datasets.
  • Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies to solve complex business problems.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
  • Utilize PowerBI, Tableau, or similar product advanced features to create dynamic, drill-down, and real-time data visualizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate them into effective visualization solutions.
  • Create compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate insights and key performance indicators.
  • Implement best practices in data visualization to enhance data storytelling and decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and PowerBI updates to continuously improve data visualization techniques.
  • Work with various data sources and integrate data from different platforms.
  • Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to automate data integration where applicable.
  • Generate detailed reports and summaries of analysis findings for presentation to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business teams to provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with data privacy regulations in all data-related activities.
  • Establish and enforce data governance practices to maintain data integrity and quality.
  • Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and visualization solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and a strong understanding of statistical analysis.
  • Expertise in one or more visualization products, including the ability to design complex dashboards and reports.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools (e.g., Python, R).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience with data visualization best practices.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
