Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy advanced methods to analyze operational data and derive meaningful insights.
• Serve as point of contact for data and analytical usage, ensuring proper application of statistical and analytical tools.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights related to operations and projects.
• Develop and implement new metrics, functions, and scripts as KPIs and in BI dashboards.
• Support ad hoc tool development for operational and analytical needs.
• Learn emerging technologies relevant to company initiatives.
• Participate in team communication and strategy meetings.
• Engage in project management activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft applications.
