Job summary

Technomics, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to support a U.S. Government client from Troy, MI. You will develop data pipelines, transform data, and build user-facing analytics applications using Palantir Foundry and related technologies.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions, apply UX/UI principles to dashboards, and collaborate with teams using Git and modern software practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and working with relational databases.
• Experience with low-code development, cloud technologies, or UX/UI design.

Position-Specific Overview

Data Analysts will support a U.S. Government client in developing data-driven solutions using Palantir Foundry and related technologies. The role will support data integration, transformation, analytics, and user-facing applications that improve access to mission and business information.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Develop, maintain, and improve data pipelines, transformations, analytical workflows, and user-facing data products in Palantir Foundry and related technologies.
• Work with client stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot data issues, and translate business needs into practical analytical solutions.
• Analyze, clean, integrate, and validate data from multiple sources to support reporting, analysis, and operational workflows.
• Support data modeling, database design, testing, documentation, and deployment of new capabilities.
• Apply UX/UI and user-centered design principles to improve the usability of dashboards, workflows, and analytical applications.
• Use modern software development practices including Git, testing, version control, and collaborative development.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, software development, or a related technical field.
• Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and working with relational databases and structured data.
• Experience with low-code application development, cloud technologies, or UX/UI design.
• Ability to work directly with users to understand requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Palantir Foundry or comparable data and analytics platforms.
• Experience with PySpark, Spark, or other large-scale data processing technologies.
• Experience integrating practical AI capabilities, such as LLMs or machine learning models, into user-facing applications, workflows, or analytical products.
• Prior experience supporting U.S. Government clients or working in regulated environments.
