Spectrum is looking for a Data Analyst to manage data reporting and deliver forecasts, dashboards and ad hoc analyses that empower teams to maximize resources. You will consolidate data from multiple sources, build dashboards, and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of data analysis experience, strong SQL/Excel skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with management. Office environment in Town and Country, MO.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Conduct data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions
• Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements
• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements
• Create and produce forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc.
• Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities
• Develop reports and deliverables for management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders
• Identify and define data quality improvements
• Create and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources
• Ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis
• May create specifications for reports based on business requests

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience

Experience

• 2+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience

Skills

• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively, handle multiple projects and priorities, and manage multiple projects at one time
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and document, prepare and present data-driven presentations
• Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner and with all levels of management and company personnel
• Knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SQL

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics
• Experience gathering or clarifying reporting requirements directly with business stakeholders
• Experience translating ambiguous or informal data requests into structured report specifications

Skills

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or another major ERP
• Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WebI) or comparable BI/reporting tools
• Exposure to Ariba or another procure-to-pay/sourcing platform
• Proficiency with Excel pivot tables and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)
• Ability to write and run SQL queries to read and validate data
• Ability to validate data for accuracy and logical consistency before it reaches stakeholders
