Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Management: Collect, integrate, and clean data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency for analysis. Manage databases and data systems, maintaining data integrity and security.

Analytical Modeling and Insights: Develop and apply models for data analysis, utilizing statistical, predictive, and descriptive techniques. Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports that offer actionable insights and recommendations.

Visualization and Reporting: Create compelling visualizations and dashboards that clearly communicate analytical findings and business value to stakeholders. Prepare and present reports on findings, trends, and predictions.

Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with business consultants, project managers, and clients to identify analytical requirements and deliver data-driven solutions to business challenges.

Process Optimization: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Assist in optimizing operational processes and strategies based on analytical findings.

Continual Learning and Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, new analytics tools and best practices in data analysis. Contribute to the development and improvement of the team's analytical methodologies and tools.

Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives. Translate business questions into data analysis projects to drive meaningful insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably within a consulting environment or similar.

Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS) and database languages (e.g., SQL).

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark) and machine learning techniques.

Knowledge of advanced analytics methodologies such as predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and optimization algorithms.

Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights to clients.
