Job summary

Shannon Medical Center is seeking a quality metrics analyst to monitor key performance indicators and outcomes data across the system. The role develops quarterly training for providers and staff on changes to quality metrics and supports ongoing data-driven improvement initiatives.

Using Epic and other reporting tools, you will benchmark performance, identify care gaps, and implement processes to close those gaps, collaborating with care teams to drive quality initiatives throughout Shannon

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or health-related field.
• Preferred: 1+ year of healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key quality metrics and outcomes data.
• Develop and implement quarterly provider/staff training on quality changes.
• Support providers with data-driven insights and improvement plans.
• Coordinate quality initiatives and communicate metrics across Shannon system.
• Utilize Epic and other software to streamline reporting and benchmarking.
• Identify opportunities to close care gaps and design improvement processes.

Provides ongoing monitoring of key quality metrics and outcomes data. Develops and implements quarterly training for providers and staff as it relates to changes or updates to quality metrics. Provides ongoing support to providers and staff based on provider-specific data and outcomes. Utilises Epic and other designated software to streamline reporting and benchmarking. Supports quality initiatives and develops routine communication on quality metrics and outcomes data throughout the Shannon system. Utilises quality metric data available to identify areas of opportunity to close care gaps and develop processes for improvement.
