Restoration of America is seeking a Data Analyst to build and validate large, multi-source datasets that yield actionable insights for ROA and its partner group in political strategy.

You will create and enrich data streams, run statistical analyses, explore AI solutions, and translate findings into reports for stakeholders. This role requires evening/weekend availability and is based in Ponte Vedra, FL.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in political campaigns or advocacy organizations.
• Proficiency with SQL for querying databases.
• Strong Python programming skills for statistical analysis and data processing.
• Familiarity with voter file data and political campaign operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during election periods.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience applying Artificial Intelligence in prior roles.
