Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Data Analyst to support business reporting and analysis by building dashboards, writing SQL to extract and analyze data, and translating business questions into actionable insights. You will create dashboards in Tableau, optimize queries, work with stakeholders, and ensure data quality.

Healthcare or life sciences data experience is a plus, as is GenAI tools. Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience; strong communication and ability to work

Summary

The Data Analyst supports business reporting and analysis needs by building and maintaining dashboards, writing SQL queries to extract and analyze data, and translating business questions into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• SQL (required — querying and data extraction, not schema/database administration)
• Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) a plus
• Experience working with healthcare or life sciences data a plus
• Familiarity with Python or similar programming languages a plus
• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
