Role of a Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will collaborate with Business Stakeholders and Program Operations to complete various projects. Responsibilities include developing ad hoc reports, conducting in-depth data analysis, troubleshooting data issues, and supporting data quality initiatives. The role involves retrieving and consolidating complex data from multiple sources for team use. Basic project management skills are required to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Computer/technical skill training.
• Knowledge of Insurance and Management concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong experience with SQL and database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or Access.
• Extensive experience creating visualizations with Power BI.
• Knowledge of business or data modeling is a plus.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and gather process information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
