About The Role

Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to play a critical role in managing and analyzing large amounts of data to drive business decisions. This remote, full-time position will allow you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop reporting systems, and create meaningful insights to support the growth of our business. As a Data Analyst, you will help develop data collection systems, generate dashboards, and provide regular reporting to track performance and key metrics. This position requires a deep understanding of data analysis, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work with large datasets to draw meaningful conclusions and insights.
2. Develop and implement data collection systems to optimize efficiency and data quality.
3. Maintain and develop dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics.
4. Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
5. Provide training and support on data analysis techniques and tools.
6. Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience with DOMO (MajorDOMO Certification required).
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or financial analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in people analytics reporting within organizations.
• Proficiency in SQL and DOMO.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
