Job summary

SourcePro Search seeks an experienced Data Analyst for the New York office to support financial management and client reporting, analyze monthly performance, and assist with departmental metric analysis.

The role requires a finance degree and at least 2 years in an analyst role within a mid-to-large company, offering strong growth potential within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance and at least 2 years of analyst experience in a mid to large sized company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites to house key reports to be shared with management
• Provide limited support in the assimilation of divisional organizational charts
• Work with Controllers group to standardize contents and timing of recurring data needs
• Support Ops Officer with ad hoc research and analysis, including regional analysis & support
• Support the administration of division’s expense allocation program
• Document & maintain related end-to-end processes and procedures
• Produce divisional financial “dashboards” for management review
• Prepare monthly financial “flash” reports for select CS functional departments
• Produce other supplemental expense performance reports as requested
• Provide reporting and analysis on key departmental costs such as Travel and Management costs
