Children's Aid Society is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Office of Performance Management. The role focuses on database creation, data management, reporting, and collaboration with diverse programs and central departments to drive data-driven outcomes for NYC children and families.
The analyst will develop dashboards, standardize data definitions, and help translate technical issues into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation: $80,000/year - $90,000/year

The mission of the Office of Performance Management is to create sustainable data-driven operations in programmatic and central divisions to increase effectiveness and achieve mission-driven outcomes for children. The Data Analyst contributes to this mission through database creation, management, analysis, reporting, and collaboration with a diverse array of programs and central departments. The Data Analyst possesses superior data management and analytic skills, as well as a proven ability to communicate in writing and verbally with a wide range of stakeholders to foster accountability and learning, including effectively translating technical issues and concepts into accessible insights for non-technical audience.
