We’re Hiring: AI/ML Research & Engineering Intern (5-Week Contract, Flexible Hours)

Remote | Part-Time | Modest Initial Compensation (with growth potential)

Are you passionate about developing cutting-edge AI solutions? We're a small but fast-moving startup looking for a talented and driven individual to join us on a short-term but high-impact project.

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to the development and fine-tuning of novel generative AI models and related research efforts
• Set up and optimize ML pipelines for both edge deployment and production environments
• Work with large-scale, enterprise-grade datasets to derive meaningful insights and enhance model performance
• Collaborate with a small team of passionate builders and thinkers
• Take initiative beyond assigned tasks—this is a space where self-starters thrive

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in machine learning, AI research, or data science
• Experience with generative AI, model finetuning, and working with production-grade AI systems
• Solid grasp of data analytics and the ability to navigate complex datasets
• Comfort working autonomously, yet collaboratively in a startup-like environment
• A proactive attitude and genuine excitement for pushing boundaries
• Willingness to work ~8 hours/day, 5 days/week for 5 weeks (schedule is flexible)
• Okay with modest compensation upfront, with strong potential for higher pay and ongoing opportunities as we grow
