Senior Data Analyst

Conversion Salary: $100K – $120K (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across business and clinical operations. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing insightful reports and dashboards, and working cross-functionally to enhance data warehousing and analytics. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage cutting-edge tools and methodologies to make a direct impact on healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive analysis to support both business and clinical objectives, ensuring actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Design and implement enterprise-level reporting and dashboard solutions that effectively visualize key data trends.
• Partner closely with stakeholders across departments to identify reporting needs and deliver meaningful analytics.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the data warehouse, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Administer user access and permissions within data platforms to support governance policies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on SQL, data modeling, R scripting, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to enhance data accessibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex analytical challenges, optimizing data workflows for efficiency.
• Lead projects or initiatives within broader strategic efforts, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, offering innovative solutions to improve data analytics capabilities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Strong proficiency with R Script for statistical modeling and data manipulation.
• Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience working in an Agile environment with Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and analytics frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL programming and relational databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Power BI Certification—highly desirable.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry, particularly within clinical analytics.
