Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. You will support key business functions with actionable insights, dashboards, and reports, ensuring data-driven decisions across client-facing and internal operations.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Work with internal stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate business questions into analytical queries
• Provide weekly/monthly reports to support client deliverables and strategic planning
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through validation and QA processes
• Support ad hoc reporting and analytics projects across departments

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience working with large datasets and writing SQL queries
• Familiarity with workforce solutions, MSP, or staffing industry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex data in clear, simple terms
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a bonus
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices
