About The Role

We are seeking a Middle Data Analyst to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. In this role, you will develop and enhance reports, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and help build a robust data environment that supports strategic decision-making. You will work closely with product teams and clients, leveraging data to uncover insights and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners and Data Teams to align on data needs and reporting
• Monitor and control Marketing and Product metrics using Mixpanel and Tableau
• Create new reports and maintain high-quality event tracking by collaborating with product owners and developers, ensuring consistent event naming and mapping for new features and A/B tests
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business insights
• Use SQL to extract and analyze data to fulfill report requirements and support team requests
• Work closely with the data team to maintain consistency in reporting and uphold data quality across the organization
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in an analytical field such as Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions aligned with organizational goals
• Experience in Product Analytics
• Proficiency with Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools
• Basic SQL skills
• Familiarity with popular BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalents
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Experience in Marketing Analytics
• Knowledge of Python or R programming languages
• Familiarity with GCP and BigQuery
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms
• Exposure to orchestration frameworks like Airflow
• Experience with git and code review processes
  
  

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the Central European Time (CET) zone. Candidates from any country are welcome to apply, provided they are located within approximately ±4 hours of CET to ensure effective collaboration and communication during working hours.
