Job summary

Franklin Precision Industry Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to perform analytical functions related to production data, inventory, quality, and corporate reporting.

You will ensure data integrity within manufacturing and corporate environments and prepare recurring reports across multiple dashboards and databases. The role requires fluency in English and Japanese, strong Excel and data management skills, and experience with INFOR ERP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business and/or mathematics preferred.
• 1-4 years relevant analytic work experience.
• Experience working within a cross functional manufacturing and data entry role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurrence reports including: Monthly QASPAS, Labor, and Scrap Reports, Preliminary Scrap Reports (bi-monthly), INFOR Hung Entries Reports (end-of-month/PI), MFG Database Updates and MAPV reports, MFG Manning and Scrap Budgets.
• Support data accuracy improvement efforts and routine report audits.
• Archive and maintain physical production reports in compliance with IATF and JSOX requirements.
• Assist in budget preparation and inventory-related data submissions.
• Communicate data findings to management and support production and quality objectives.
• Support MFG Manager with process review, work instructions, quality and facility checks.

General Position Summary

Essential Functions

• Strong technical vocabulary in manufacturing and engineering contexts.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and data management skills.
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., INFOR) preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential data (production-related).
• SQhi used to query, pull, and manage data directly from databases.
