Community Health Center of Snohomish County is seeking a Data Analyst to collect, validate, analyze, and interpret clinical, operational, financial, and business data to support informed decision-making. • Collaborates with departments across the organization to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that improve KPIs, operational performance, and business outcomes.
• Designs, develops, and maintains database queries, data extracts, and reporting datasets to produce accurate clinical, operational, and information. Monitors query performance, optimizes database processes for efficiency and scalability, and performs data validation and root cause analysis to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Develops, maintains, and automates standard, ad hoc, and management-level reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide meaningful insights and support organizational planning, performance monitoring, and decision-making.

This position partners with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop analytical solutions, and deliver meaningful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide actionable insights. The Data Analyst promotes the effective use of healthcare information technology by ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility while supporting regulatory reporting, quality improvement initiatives, organizational objectives, the organization's strategic goals, and industry best practices.
