Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy advanced methods to analyze operational data and derive meaningful, actionable insights for stakeholders and business development partners.
• Serve as point of contact for data and analytical usage, particularly in the appropriate uses and limitations of statistical and analytical applications.
• Analyze extracted data, identify trends, and provide insights around operations and project data.
• Develop and implement new metrics, functions, and scripts as KPIs and in existing BI/Dashboards.
• Support ad hoc tool development for operational and analytical needs.
• Learn emerging technologies relevant to company initiatives.
• Participate in team communication and strategy meetings.
• Engage in project management activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft applications.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including job location, education, experience, work quality, travel requirements, market conditions, and internal pay structures. Annual salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000. Other rewards include incentives and program-specific awards. Salary history is not considered. Maximus complies with minimum wage laws and exempt salary thresholds.
