Data Analyst – Chicago, IL

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data flow and capture, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement solutions ensuring they meet business needs and requirements.
• Communicate results and trends to management with recommendations for change.
• Perform software and data quality testing and maintain procedures.
• Update, implement, and maintain procedures and create useful data visualizations that help business leaders make decisions.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Hybrid work schedule with three mandatory days in office.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role or conducting business analysis.
• Experience with comparing data, analyzing raw data, and assembling and analyzing data using SQL transactional and relational databases.
• Proficiency in BI Tools including Looker, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Hybrid work schedule with three mandatory days in office.
