Job summary

CDW is seeking a Data Analyst to align tactical and strategic priorities with Product and Partner Management leadership initiatives. You will serve as a conduit for cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing, translating business needs into actionable analytics requests.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in analytics or 6+ years in analytics, plus strong communication and BI tool experience (Excel, SQL, Tableau/PowerBI/QlikView).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience in an analytical role OR 6 years of work experience in an analytical role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, MDX, DAX and/or other database query language(s).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel), and other tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little direction and make sound business decisions.
  • History of balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a changing business environment.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Qlikview, or PowerBI), VBA, or Python.
  • Data warehouse experience.
  • Proven ability to elicit project and system requirements.

Job description

What you'll do:

Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, MDX, DAX and/or other database query language(s).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel), and other tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little direction and make sound business decisions.
  • History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to quickly adapt to the changing needs of the business and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate information, identify risks and opportunities, while possessing creative problem-solving skills with an understanding of business concepts and models.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate and lead meetings, tailoring messages to the given audience.
  • MBA.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Qlikview, or PowerBI), VBA, or Python.
  • Data warehouse experience.
  • Proven ability to elicit project and system requirements.

Pay range: $65,000-$110,200 depending on experience and skill set
