Job description

Bridges Consumer Healthcare is a purpose-driven consumer healthcare company on a mission to improve people's lives through brands they trust every day. Our portfolio spans pain relief, women's health, and everyday wellness — including trusted brands like ecoNugenics, ThermaCare, KT Tape, Lipo-Flavonoid, and Cystex. With a diverse portfolio, we compete across OTC, supplements, and medical devices with brands that have deep consumer equity and meaningful runway ahead of them.

We're builders. We operate with the conviction and agility of a company that treats every brand like it has something to prove — moving fast, investing behind what works, and building a team that is as ambitious as the brands we steward.

Role Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Data Analyst I to join our FP&A team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate master data used for forecasting and variance analysis, fulfilling ad hoc data requests, and general reporting needs — enabling the FP&A team to focus on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build finance and data fluency in a fast-paced consumer goods company.

Key Responsibilities
Master Data Maintenance
  • Own and maintain master product data (selling price, unit costs, SKUs, etc.), ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems (Planning Analytics, NetSuite)
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies; proactively flag anomalies to the FP&A team
Data Collection & Ad Hoc Support
  • Gather and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources for finance and accounting requests, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Prepare and format datasets to support team needs
  • Respond to ad hoc data pulls and requests from the Accounting & Finance group and other cross-functional teams as needed
General Reporting
  • Maintain recurring reports, charts, and dashboards as directed by FP&A
  • Support document formatting and data visualization for finance presentations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales to gather and validate data inputs
  • Serve as a point of contact for data-related questions from other departments
  • Continuously build technical and finance-adjacent skills
  • Manage competing requests and shifting priorities independently
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in a data, reporting, or administrative-analytical role (relevant internships may be considered)
Essential Skills Needed
  • High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, detail-heavy data work
  • Critical thinker with natural sense of curiosity, problem-solving and logical reasoning
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; solution-oriented / proactive problem-solver
  • Ability to create new processes (suggest, design and test improved workflows for routine tasks)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Practical knowledge of business analysis techniques
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
  • Familiarity with AI-driven automation tools
  • Awareness of data privacy regulations
Physical Requirements
  • In-office position at Bridges Consumer Healthcare's Chattanooga, TN headquarters
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary (sitting or standing) position for approximately 80% of the workday
  • Must be able to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other standard office equipment
  • Must be able to view a computer monitor of display screen for detailed tasks for majority of the workday
  • Must be able to communicate clearly by phone, video or in person with coworkers

This description is representative but not inclusive of all position responsibilities. Associates may be asked from time to time to complete tasks not listed within the contents of this document, but that are relevant to the goals of the business.
