We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in South Charlotte, NC. This role is 100% onsite, five days a week, and requires hands-on experience with Alteryx, Redshift, Excel, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience working with data analytics, reporting, and database management to drive business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, transform, and analyze data using Alteryx, Redshift, Snowflake, and Excel.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Optimize and automate data workflows to improve efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple data sources.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proficiency in Alteryx for data preparation and automation.
• Experience with AWS Redshift and Snowflake for database querying.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Ability to work onsite in South Charlotte, NC, five days a week.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to present data insights effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Background in finance, healthcare, or retail analytics.
