Job summary

Axelon Services Corporation seeks a data analyst focused on market conditions, consumer needs, and business initiatives. You will support modeling, reporting, and data-driven decision making across product, marketing, and finance teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in reference data or investment data management within financial services, with strong Eagle, Bloomberg, and SQL skills, and readiness to work US-friendly hours in a remote-capable, flexible setup.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience required.
• Hands-on experience in Reference Data/Security Master/Investment Data Management roles within asset management, investment banking, or financial services firms.
• Strong working knowledge of Eagle (PACE, STAR, Data Management) and data management processes.
• Proficient with Bloomberg (BBG Terminal, BBG AIM, BBG PORT) and Charles River (CRD) applications for data sourcing and validation.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments, including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Structured Products.
• Familiarity with data feeds (e.g., Bloomberg BPIPE, Client, Markit) and static data integration workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interactions (mainly US-based teams).
• Willingness to work in US time zone (evening/night IST).
• Ability to analyze process/data exceptions and proven attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products (particularly Excel and VBA) and SQL.
