On Line Design, Inc. is seeking a full-time Data Analyst in Bristol, PA to support a large global CPG client. You will join the Value Realization and Optimization team to perform data analysis and coordinate projects.

The role requires 3+ years of experience with Excel, Python, and Power BI, plus strong communication and organizational skills. On-site presence 1-2 days per week is required, with local commuting to Bristol.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering, business, data analytics, finance.
• 3+ years data analytics and 2-3+ years project management preferred.
• Experience with Excel, Python, Power BI, PowerPoint, and MS Access.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Local to Bristol, PA with on-site availability 1-2 days/week.
• Experience with machine learning is desired.

Responsibilities

• Support VRO organization by data analysis, insights, and cost/risk initiatives.
• Lead meetings with engineering, supply chain, R&D, and marketing.

Job Description:

On Line Design is looking for a full-time Data Analyst with strong project management skills, in Bristol, PA to support a large global CPG client. In this role, you will work as a valued member of the Value Realization and Optimization (VRO) team to conduct data analysis and project coordination to support on‑going manufacturing and design projects.

You will need a minimum of 3 years of working experience with Excel, Python, and Power BI to achieve the daily responsibilities of this job. You must live locally, with the ability to commute to Bristol, PA and be on‑site 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the Value Realization and Optimization (VRO) organization by conducting data analysis, providing insights and assisting in the execution of cost/risk initiatives.
• Facilitate and lead meetings with teams in engineering, supply chain, R&D, and marketing to ensure opportunities and findings are understood and actionable.
• Project management and coordination to ensure programs are on track.
• Support and assist delivery data from various internal and external sources, including manufacturing sites, fulfillment centers, and third‑party manufacturers.
• Process data to identify trends, inefficiencies and areas where cost savings or optimization opportunities exist. Use statistical tools to model the potential impact of process and product changes prior to implementation.
• Create clear visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate opportunities and complex data findings to stakeholders using Excel, PowerBI, Python, and/or PowerPoint.
• Provide recommendations on adjustments to processes based upon identified trends and emerging opportunities.
• Monitor the stability and impact of current processes and on‑going projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in engineering, business, data analytics, finance, or another technical discipline
• 2-3+ years of data analytics work experience is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of project management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of basic statistics, MS Excel, Python, PowerBI, MS Access, and PowerPoint are necessary.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to recognize evolving business needs, anticipate issues & develop plans to address.
• Experience with machine learning is desired.
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end supply chain, including manufacturing processes and equipment usage. Experience with consumer goods is a plus.
