Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the GSRS Applied Data and AI Solutions team in the United States. You will lead data-driven security initiatives, define data product requirements, and collaborate with data engineers to source data from security systems, delivering pipelines and dashboards.

The role requires 7 years of security strategy experience and 5 years delivering data products to business users, plus strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience developing technical strategy and managing security in areas including physical access control, intrusion detection, video management, PSIM, IT networking, or construction/architecture.
• 5 years of experience delivering data products to business users.
• Experience interacting with technical and non-technical groups at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Work with data engineers to source data from physical security systems and deliver pipelines.
• Define and drive development of data products for GSRS and Alphabet stakeholders.
• Deliver dashboards and data integrations.
• Lead initiatives leveraging data to improve security and operations.
• Mentor junior colleagues and guide cross-functional teams.
