Job summary

C5i is seeking a product management and analytics professional to drive delivery coordination across D&A, Quality, IT, and external vendors, ensuring AI-enabled solutions meet business needs.

You will design user-facing interfaces, coordinate validation and launch readiness, and establish KPIs to measure impact, with strong stakeholder management across enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in product management, data and analytics, business analysis, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Background delivering enterprise data, analytics, AI, or digital products.
• Experience managing stakeholders and coordinating across business and technical teams.
• Familiarity with GenAI, document intelligence, OCR, AI agents, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to constructively challenge demanding stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience with supply chain preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, Databricks, SQL, Python, or BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery across D&A, Quality, IT, and vendors.
• Review and challenge vendor deliverables, including solution designs, AI workflows, interfaces, data mappings, testing plans, and implementation plans.
• Support the design of business-facing interfaces for reviewing documents, findings, exceptions, recommendations, and release decisions.
• Coordinate business validation, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and launch readiness.
• Defines, challenges, and builds KPIs, ensuring the Value team is measuring impact appropriately.
• Maintains clear documentation of decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Delivery Coordination

• These tasks reflect the core responsibility of the role in driving day-to-day delivery.
• Coordinates day-to-day delivery across D&A, Quality, IT, and vendors.
• These tasks ensure vendor work meets business needs and quality expectations.
• Reviews and challenges vendor deliverables, including solution designs, AI workflows, interfaces, data mappings, testing plans, and implementation plans.

3. Product & Interface Design

• These tasks support the user-facing side of the product.
• Supports the design of business-facing interfaces for reviewing documents, findings, exceptions, recommendations, and release decisions.

4. Validation & Launch Readiness

• These tasks ensure the product is tested and ready for business use.
• Coordinates business validation, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and launch readiness.

5. Value Measurement & Documentation

• These tasks ensure impact is measured and decisions are traceable.
• Defines, challenges, and builds KPIs, ensuring the Value team is measuring impact appropriately.
• Maintains clear documentation of decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in product management, data and analytics, business analysis, digital transformation, or a related field
