Job summary

JPMorganChase’s Data & AI Program seeks a Full-Time Analyst to build end-to-end data, analytics, and AI/ML solutions. You will collaborate with global experts to deliver scalable data platforms, production-ready models, and governance-enabled insights.

You’ll work with AWS, Snowflake, DataBricks, and LLM tools to drive experiments, KPIs, and measurable client outcomes while growing in a mentorship-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (AI/ML, CS, Data Science, Math or Stats).
• Graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Authorized to work permanently in the United States.
• No prior work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end data, analytics, and AI/ML solutions translating business goals into measurable outcomes.
• Work with cutting-edge technologies to design, develop, and deploy AI capabilities.
• Apply data, statistics, and modeling to solve complex problems and derive insights.
• Develop predictive models, test hypotheses, and analyze trends to support data-driven decisions.
• Support data governance, risk management, and data standards for secure, trusted data use.
• Implement controls and data quality improvements for scalable solutions.
• Collaborate in agile teams and contribute ideas from day one.
