Job summary

JPMorganChase is launching a Summer Analyst program in Data & AI to build end-to-end data, analytics, and AI solutions that translate business objectives into measurable outcomes for clients and customers. You’ll work with global experts in agile teams to design data platforms, deploy models, create dashboards, and ensure governance and compliance.

As a Summer Analyst, you will collaborate to develop end-to-end data and AI solutions, receive mentorship, and grow in a culture that values ideas.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (e.g., Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Mathematics).
• Graduating between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Authorized to work permanently in the United States.
• Meeting the role requirement that no prior work experience is needed.
• No prior work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end data and AI solutions including machine learning and generative AI.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI capabilities to automate processes and support decision making.
• Apply data, statistics, and modeling to solve problems and generate insights.
• Develop predictive models, test hypotheses, and analyze trends for data-driven decisions.
• Support data governance, risk management, and data standards for security and compliance.
• Implement data quality controls and scalable, safe frameworks.
• Collaborate in agile teams and contribute ideas from day one.
• Learn through mentorship and training to build a strong foundation in data, analytics, and AI.
